1Challenge
25,000 pieces of content, zero easy way to find them
Telekom had more than 25,000 unique content pieces, ranging from product descriptions and sales information to campaigns and news.
The challenge: structure all of it into an accessible, user-friendly platform where employees can discover what they need, quickly and without friction.
2Discovery
Designing around the way people already work
Research focused on understanding employees' context and needs, so the experience would align with the workflows they already had.
Initial prototypes were developed early and validated together with the technical teams.
3Design
A design system built for consistency and accessibility
I led the design team in building an internal design system and created front-end developer guidelines with a strong focus on consistency and accessibility.
Together with developers we brought the components to life in Storybook, and validated our concepts with the CMS team.
4Outcome
Live since 2023 and nominated for the UX Design Awards
Magenta Infos launched in 2023 and serves more than 55,000 Telekom Germany employees, with around 180,000 page views every day.
The project was nominated for the UX Design Awards 2024 in the professional product category.
