1Challenge
Accessible today, and accessible for the long run
Telefónica Germany needed to ensure long-term digital accessibility across its brands, while meeting the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
2Strategy
Prioritising what matters most
I lead the accessibility initiatives across onshore and nearshore testing teams, balancing priorities and budget so the biggest barriers get fixed first.
3Testing
From finding to fix to re-test
Together with product managers I oversee the ticketing system: findings are documented, distributed to the development teams for remediation, and re-tested once they are fixed.
4Training
Accessibility is everyone's job
Compliance only lasts if people know how to keep it. That's why we train employees across roles: project managers, developers, content creators and product designers.
We are on the path to long-term compliance, not only by meeting the standards but by equipping people with the knowledge to sustain them.
